The research first discusses the notation of body of knowledge: discussing the definition, incentive, and mechanism. Then, the chapter presents the suggested body of knowledge. The gap is so broad that the term cyber security is not agreed upon even in spelling. Furthermore, the chapter attempts to bridge the gap between the different audiences. The chapter studied previous work of ACM, NICE, NICCS, and major academia institutes that offer master programs in cyber security. This chapter aims to suggest a body of knowledge (BOK) based on two aspects: practitioners and academia. The concept of cyber security admitted by many is not clear hence not standardized.
Cyber security is a newly developed concept, proving to be of significance in the cyber world.
